2. Store Terms & Conditions

Charity Commitment
10% of profits from Chemotherapy Airways are donated to Maggie’s in Cheltenham, a cancer support charity. Donations are made quarterly or biannually as a way of giving back to a place that supported me personally. We reserve the right to change the percent donated and/or the charity once a year.

Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Chloë Jacquet (t/a Chemotherapy Airways). By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. Please ensure that you review each product’s description carefully before purchase.

Products & Pricing
Each item is printed on demand through Printful or Printify. Product descriptions, images, and colours are presented in good faith, but minor variations may occur. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT as charged by Printful or Printify. Chemotherapy Airways is not VAT registered, so no additional VAT is applied at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices and correct errors where necessary.

Fulfilment & Shipping
- Shipping region: United Kingdom only (for now).
- Shipping cost: Free delivery on all UK orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
Because all items are made to order, slight delays may occur during busy periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

As items are made to order and due to our fulfilment locations, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This will not affect your shipping cost.  

Chloë Jacquet (t/a Chemotherapy Airways) is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors outside our control, though we will assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Our products are shipped in unbranded packaging.

Returns & Refunds
We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at info@chemotherapyairways.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Under UK law, customers also have the right to cancel and return an order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@chemotherapyairways.com within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items may need to be returned directly to our fulfilment partners, Printful or Printify, for verification. For non-faulty returns (for example, where you change your mind under your 14-day right to cancel), we may ask you to return the item directly to Chemotherapy Airways instead. This helps us process your refund quickly and avoid unnecessary losses or delays.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, misprinted, or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof that they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.

Because each item is printed on demand, we lose money on every return that isn’t due to a defect. We therefore encourage customers to check product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

Payments
Payments are processed securely via Wix’s payment platform. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your payment is completed successfully.

3. Privacy Policy & Cookies

At Chemotherapy Airways, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Third-Party Services

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Chloë Jacquet (t/a Chemotherapy Airways) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
