Because we print each product on demand

Each item is made especially for you once you place your order. This means we lose money on every non-faulty return, so we really appreciate you checking product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.
Nevertheless, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please read below for how to arrange a return or refund.

If your item is faulty, misprinted or damaged

Please email us at info@chemotherapyairways.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

In some cases, we may ask you to send the item back to our printing partners, Printful or Printify, for verification.

If you change your mind

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Before returning an item, please contact us first at info@chemotherapyairways.com so we can give you the right return address. (Non-faulty items, for example, if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, may need to come directly back to Chemotherapy Airways, not Printful or Printify).

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and sent back within 14 days of you letting us know.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds

We’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that it’s been sent back, whichever is earliest).

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process it.
